    Posizione centralissima, personale gentile, colazione valida, un po' da rinnovare l'arredamento. Nel complesso lo raccomanderei sicuramente.

    L'hotel per la sua posizione centralissima, per il personale sempre disponibile e cordiale è assolutamente da consigliare. Non avrei potuto scegliere di meglio per la mia vacanza a Vienna e sicuramente ci tornerò!

    I want to thank the front desk for changing our room on our 2nd night of our 4 day stay to a better room on the 3rd floor from the one we were originally given on the 1st floor near the elevator. This was appreciated since I was told a day before arriving by phone that there was a 3rd floor room available upon check-in. I especially wanted to compliment and thank the lead hostess at the Trattoria for her gracious and cheerful service each morning at breakfast. She always remembered what our morning refreshment would be, English Breakfast tea and coffee and always showed attentive hospitality throughout. She went above and beyond on our last day, Tuesday May 31 when I wasn't able to make it down for breakfast before our airport cab arrived, by packing me a special breakfast bag with croissants (which she remembered had each morning), bananas and hard-boiled eggs! I wish I could have thanked her in person and ask that this compliment be passed on to her. I would recommend and stay at the Graben Hotel again. It was perfectly located and we enjoyed the room as well. Thank you, Lisa & Glen Davis
